Shipping and Returns

Return / Refund Policy

You have 14 days to return your order, to receive a refund or exchange the product according to the policy below. If you wish to return for any reason with 14 days, please email info@kapasunglasses.com to begin the process. All returns must be initiated via email to qualify for a refund. Failure to do so will result in your return being lost or delivered to an incorrect address. Orders shipped back  to the adress on the shipping label will not qualify for a refund unless confirmed by our returns team via email. 

To qualify for this full refund, you must make sure your order is unused, in perfect sellable condition. If it does not meet these requirements, we will not accept the return and it will not be refunded. 

Exchange Request Instructions

1. Send an email with the subject line "Your order Number - Replacement" 

2. Please include the following:

  • The order number - if there are multiple products in order, identifying the product with the issue
  • The item you would like to have sent as part of the exchange

Shipping Policy

DELIVERY - Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days.

TRACKING - Please note that it might take from 1 to 2 business days for tracking to start showing information.
